Ruckus SW update is making Sonos speaker drop

My Sonos SL speakers are noy functioning well and dropping sound. On contacting Sonos support they advised me to talk to Ruckus support for lennar home to follow steps for technical resolution. Sonos says its a technical issue due to Ruckus upgrades

Hi, The Ruckus AP reset didn't work. I am not sure what else to do. I followed each and every step you asked me to in several different ways, I dont get access to IP address even after factory reset

Thank you for the response.

Could you please confirm if you have disconnected all the Access Points from the Ruckus Switch, except the one you are working with?

Once the process is completed, you can reconnect the other Access Points, and they should automatically join the network after a few minutes. 

Let us know if you’ve already done this step before doing the reset on Access points.
