Ruckus R320 Access Point no power

There is no power but the switch lights are all green. What is the next step?

They are not powered up.

To address the issue with the access points (APs) not powering on, please follow the instructions outlined in the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article provided earlier. You can access the article through the following link:

Please execute the commands mentioned in the article and verify if the APs are operational. Once confirmed, we can proceed with additional steps to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Thank you for your response.

Could you kindly unplug the Ethernet cables connecting the Access Points from the current switch ports and plug them into any other available ports numbered 1 through 12, as highlighted in the screenshot provided below? Once completed, please verify if the Access Points power on successfully.

Please confirm. Once confirmed, we can proceed with additional steps to prevent such occurrences in the future.
