Ruckus ICX7150-c12p - Lost Primary and Secondary. Full Reset. No internet access.

I lost both the primary and secondary backup on my ICX7150. I'm unable to get any wired internet connection through my switch. I'm unable to access the console. I have very little experience with this kind of tech. I need help troubleshooting because I feel I'm doing more damage than good by trying to follow all of this self-help stuff. I'm way out of my depth.
