We had a power glitch and it left my Switch in limp mode. I read posts and followed recovery steps with no success. I didn't realize how much my home depended on this until now but I think my switch is done.

Based on the troubleshooting conducted, it has been determined that your ICX-7150-C12P switch is consistently stuck in boot mode, and repeated attempts to perform a hard reset have been unsuccessful. As a next troubleshooting step, you initiated the software recovery process. You have been unable to establish a serial connection via the console during the software recovery process, despite having installed the necessary drivers. Given these persistent issues, it is recommended that the switch be processed for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for replacement.
