Ruckus ICX7150 Has Disconnection and No Traffic

From 3 days ago, my house Ruckus ICX7150 router device does not provide consistant internet connection. Sometime the internet connect is completely gone and sometimes even websites such as searching google will load after 2 3 minutes with very slow traffic.

I checked the internet connection with AT&T the internet provided and they ran a full tests and observed the problem is with the Ruckus router and wifi and not At&T.
I have AT&T Smart Home Manager app as well to run the test and prove it to you as well.

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working and having slow speed and intermittent issues.

Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?

1.  Was there any power outage before you started facing the issue?

2.  Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)

3.  May I know how many Access Points are connected to the Switch? Could you please let me know the light status on the Access Points? Any of these lights are on (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same)

Please help us with pictures of your ICX-7150-C12P Switch showing the status of the lights and cable connections to the Switch ports. Also, light the status of Access Points.

Before uploading the photos please log in to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.

Please let us know the answers to ALL the above queries or let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

Hi, Thank you so much for your direction. Due to a lot of work and requiring consistent internet, I was not able to connect back the ICX router and I have to use directly AT&T wifi and connect my mandatory device to that wifi.
I will definitely try your direction this coming week. Please do not close this ticket
