Ruckus ICX7150-C12P died

My Ruckus ICX7150-C12P died. It will not power on. I have tried unplugging the unit and plugging it back in to several different outlets that are all known to work. I also tried to reset the unit. I followed the instructions in this post and opened a support case via chat, but then I received the following message.

The switch is dead. None of the LED status lights work. Here are pictures of the LED status lights and a picture of the switch plugged in to a working outlet. Please let me know if you need anything else.
