Ruckus ICX7150-C12P died

My Ruckus ICX7150-C12P died. It will not power on. I have tried unplugging the unit and plugging it back in to several different outlets that are all known to work. I also tried to reset the unit. I followed the instructions in this post and opened a support case via chat, but then I received the following message.

Please plug your ICX-7150-C12P switch into a power outlet and send us a picture and video of the switch showing the light status and the power cord as mentioned below.

I plugged my ICX-7150-C12P switch into a power outlet and sent you a picture and video of the switch showing the light status and the power cord as mentioned. I also included a picture of the serial number. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks for the details provided.

 

Based on the description, seems that the switch is dead  this unit should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.

Feel free to contact us via chat, comment you already have a post, copy the link from the post (URL) and paste it into the chat to start unit replacement.
