Ruckus ICX7150-C12P Won't boot Orange SYST Light

I have read all the posts as to how to fix this issue.

System was working fine for many years until a power outage this weekend. 

I have tried the reset and power options many times with no success.  

I do not have the ability to connect to the console.  

Please contact me with other support options.  Again, I dont have the ability to do guide steps that require connection to the console.  Need other support options.

I received a replacement and the lights have returned to green however unable to connect to network
