I have read all the posts as to how to fix this issue.
System was working fine for many years until a power outage this weekend.
I have tried the reset and power options many times with no success.
I do not have the ability to connect to the console.
Please contact me with other support options. Again, I dont have the ability to do guide steps that require connection to the console. Need other support options.

Please note that, effective November 2022, RUCKUS Support for Lennar Home customers is no longer provided via phone, email, or remote sessions. Support is now offered exclusively through this community forum, and assistance is provided on a best-effort basis.
If performing a hard reset using a paper clip is unsuccessful, the next step is to carry out a software recovery on the switch.
