Ruckus ICX7150-C12P-2X1G Not working after power outage

Hello, my Ruckus stopped working after a recent power outage. I have tried the reset option. All types of ways to include solution sequence here. Every time I do the reset and plug in the power outlet, it flashes green really quick and then no lights at all. Please help. Thank you.

Once the RMA team has initiated a replacement, they will send you an email with all the delivery instructions.
