Ruckus ICX7150-C12P-2X1G Not working after power outage

Hello, my Ruckus stopped working after a recent power outage. I have tried the reset option. All types of ways to include solution sequence here. Every time I do the reset and plug in the power outlet, it flashes green really quick and then no lights at all. Please help. Thank you.

Thank you for the instructions. However, as you can see in the picture i sent you recently, I don’t see a “+” button anywhere on the screen other than the one to open a new window tab at the top. What do you suggest I do? Thank you

Kindly ensure that you are logged in to your Google account before accessing the Google Drive link we shared. Once logged in, you should see the ‘+’ button, which will allow you to upload your video.

If you continue to experience difficulties, please feel free to upload the video directly to your own Google Drive and share the link with us.

Thank you for sharing the video..

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not turning on even after troubleshooting  and connecting to a working outlet. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
