Ruckus ICX7150-C12P-2X1G Not working after power outage

Hello, my Ruckus stopped working after a recent power outage. I have tried the reset option. All types of ways to include solution sequence here. Every time I do the reset and plug in the power outlet, it flashes green really quick and then no lights at all. Please help. Thank you.

From the pictures you shared, I understand that the Switch is not turning on.

Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link.

In the video, please ensure to capture the following:

1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.

2. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.

Please refer to the below pictures as an example.

Hello, I took a video with my iPhone. I clicked on the link you suggested to upload my video (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/16lG-j0MSKzjqBJSY4rsgh4myUlseA9bz?usp=sharing), and this is what I observed. I don’t see a button to upload when I click on this link and when i tried to add it as a picture it gave me that red warning. Can you please help. Thank you.

I understand that you are trying to upload the video you took in the iPhone to the Google drive link we shared; however, it is getting uploaded as picture and hence asking to change the formatting of the file.

Kindly upload it as a video showing the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.

Simultaneously, displaying the light status on the switch.

Not exactly. Once I click on the link you provided to upload my video, it opens up a window and it shows this (see picture). In this window, I don’t see a place or button to upload. 
I need more detailed instructions of what I should do once in this window. I’m using iphone and ipad. Thank you.

Thank you for your response and for clarifying the issue. 

I am glad to help you with the instructions.

Once you click the link, and the window opens, follow these steps to upload your video:

Locate the "+" Button: In the window that appears, look for the "+" icon, usually found in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Select "Upload": After tapping the "+" button, choose the "Upload" option from the menu that appears.

Browse through your gallery and select the video you want to upload.

Once you select the video, the upload should begin automatically.
