My ICX7150-12P is not powering up. When I noticed it was off I unplugged and plugged it back into the same outlet and the status LEDS quickly flashed amber. I then plugged into a different outlet and the same thing occurred. I have submitted an RMA Request using this website https://support.ruckuswireless.com/contact-us by clicking on 'Request an RMA' and got a case ID 02177388. I took videos and pictures and tried to upload them to the case but after uploading them, they are not visible under the case. Any help is greatly appreciated.
