Ruckus ICX 7150 switch and access points are dead

My switch and access points both are dead and no lights appear on any of the devices. I tried doing the reset for all three devices switch and access points but nothing fixed. I checked the power source and it is good, power cable also works fine. The switch however makes some noice after i plug in but no lights appear.

Thank you for sharing the requested information.

Based on the troubleshooting performed, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not responding properly, and it is dead when tried with working power outlet. A hard reset was also attempted; however, the issue still persists.

As a result, this Switch unit appears to be defective and needs to be replaced through the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.

To initiate the replacement, Please use the private chat option to respond so we can proceed further. For your reference, I have included a screenshot below.
