Today our ICX 7150-C12P-2X1G switch stopped working. There were no power loss in our home. I've tried unplugging and plugging and only get blinking amber led for a split second and no other lights come on. Also tested with a another power plug, but no luck. I also tried resetting the switch via recommended direction and still nothing. Switch looks to be non-operational.
This switch came with our newly built home from Lennar. Can someone please help me with this issue so i can get internet back in our home?

Based on the troubleshooting steps done, it seems to be the unit is totally dead.
This unit Should be RMA ( return merchandise authorization ) in simple words replace it.
