I recently moved into a 4 year old Lennar home which has ICX7150 C12p switch and 2 R510 AP's.
Spectrum guy connected his modem and router and its working. But when I connect the ethernet out of router to one of the 12 ports of switch, I don't see any lights coming up on the port. AP's are also not showing any lights. There are only 2 lights on switch which are green and amber. I've power cycled switch and router several times but no luck. I've seen some posts advising on resetting the switch by inserting a pin but with that I kept seeing flashing amber lights and no green lights. I have no experience of connecting a laptop to a switch for configurations.
Can I get some help on resolving this issue. can we have someone come out and fix it for us?

Hi @RuckusIssues
Thanks for your response,
Please try to unplug the cable of the master AP and plug into one of the 12 ports of the switch and check the speed.
Also please share the output of the following command.
"show interface brief"
Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

I have already tried swapping the ports between master and member AP's on the switch but it didn't help.
Here's the output of "show interface brief"

Hi @RuckusIssues
Thanks for your response.
Based on the outputs seems like that the device that is connected to the Switch have a bad cable. This can affect performance causing the speed to be very slow through that access point.
Please try to replace the cable with a good one.
Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

This is for other folks who may come in later trying to find resolution to similar problem.
Instead of replacing the wire (which was sandwiched between 1st and 2nd floor) I tried to replace the RJ45 connectors of the supposedly faulty cable going from Switch to AP. I ordered an RJ45 crimping kit off of Amazon to clip both the ends and put new RJ45 connectors on it and that did the trick. So now I have 1gig speed on both AP's.
