Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P system not working! Access points have no power.

Hi I have an ICX 7150-C12P system with two access points. Two access points have no power. Of the ports, going top to bottom, left to right, first one has no light, 2nd one green, 3rd no light 4th orange. fifth and sixth no lights. No lights at all on bottom row.

The lights are on on the access point. Now I need help with managing the network. I am the second owner of the home (although we have lived here since 2019). Can you please help me. How do I find the info to manage the ruckus network?

Could you please confirm if you are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network via RUCKUS?
