Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P switch restarting

My Ruckus system stopped working about three days ago. It continuously turns off approximately every twenty minutes. The Ruckus lights go off completely and then turn back on, repeating this cycle throughout the day.  The WAPs that are connected to the switch turn off during these events too since they are PoE so my entire home wifi network drops.

I have been living in my Lennar home since 2019, and this is the first time I have experienced this issue.  I work from home so having a stable internet connection is essential for my job.

I have followed the instructions posted here (Fixing RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch stuck on boot mode with an amber/orange light on the "SYST" and a...) for both the power cycle + reset button and attempting to connect via the serial console port but the port is unresponsive.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Hi there!,

Thank you for reaching out to the RUCKUS Lennar home community.

I see that the RUCKUS switch where the WAPs are connected is not operating correctly. I will ask you to perform a factory reset on the unit. PLease check the steps included in the following link. Once you complete the steps, please report the outcome to see if further assistance is needed. Here's the link:

I followed the reset steps described in your link and my switch is still turning itself off repeatedly at the same frequency of about every 20 minutes.

Thank you so much for your response. The last troubleshooting step left to perform in the ICX7150 switch is a software recovery. Please follow the instructions included in the link below. If you have any questions, please let us know. Here's the link:

I've tried the software recovery steps and it was unsuccessful because the console port is unresponsive as I described in my original post.  Your instructions are the same as the link that I provided in my original post.
