Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P not connecting to access points

Internet provider has conformed internet signals coming to Modem. Ruckus will not transmit wireless signals. As a result, I am unable to connect to wifi. Access points are not showing power on for 5hz and 2.4hz. Please help!

Hi @Kgbofu 

In order to understand your issue, please response to the next questions:

1:This modem connection was working before, because the Switch is just a device in the middle to communicate the Access Points, so will just pass traffic, there are two alternative connections in Lennar homes:

Modem>Router>Switch>Access Points

Gateway (it's a modem and router at the same time)>Switch>Access Points

2:Are you able to see the Unleashed SSID/Wi-Fi signal?

3:Can you connect Unleashed SSID/Wi-Fi signal? And have internet connection but slow?

Hi @Kgbofu 

Ok, so if your connection is no one if the next, your Access Point will never be online, you can provide the model of the device directly connected to the switch you called modem, so we can confirm.

 

Modem>Router>Switch>Access Points
