This morning our ICX 7150-C12P switch went offline. We had no power outage or any other issues. No method gives it power, when plugging and unplugging, all LED lights blink amber and then nothing, it stays off. I’ve tried to reset with a paper clip and had the same result. I’ve tried a different power cord and same result. It seems to me that it is non-operational. This device came with our Lennar built home. I have followed along with all the troubleshooting provided in this post: https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/Ruckus-ICX-7150-C12P-does-no... and still the device seems to be bricked. I reached out to support about a RMA and they said I needed to provide my own post so here it is.

Thank you for the information you shared.
From the case description, I understand that your Ruckus Switch is not turning on.
Could you please plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a working power outlet and send us PICTURES and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and a cord connected to the Switch and a working power outlet?

Thank you for sharing the requested VIDEO.
Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up even after connecting it to working power outlet, and when plugged in, all lights are off. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
