Hello,
I am experiencing issues with my Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P devices which was included with the purchase of my home. I believe I will need a replacement device as the one I currently have is not working. How do request a replacement device?

Please give the detailed description of the issue.
1. Is there any power outage that occurred before the issue.
2.Also please let us know the LED status of the switch and the access points using the below guide.
