Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P Dead

Hi Imran,

My Ruckus ICX 7159-C12P is dead. I tried plugging into multiple different outlets with confirmed power and the ICX flashes amber for a split second and back off a few times with the same results so it looks like something is wrong internally. Is there any warranty on the unit or can it be repaired or replaced for free? I also have a Lennar home I purchased from a previous owner. Home was built I believe 2018 as well.  If it is out of warranty, what is the repair or replace cost?

I also tried to reset, but since it doesn't power up, it does nothing. Please let me know what to do next and how this can be resolved.

Greetings of the day!!!

Thank you for sharing the requested VIDEO.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

Yes, since the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is covered under warranty for hardware defects, there will be no cost for this replacement.

Great to hear. I will move forward with getting remaining instructions. Just curious, how long does the warranty last?
