Hi Imran,
I am running into the same issues as Oregondak. https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/Ruckus-ICX-7150-C12P-Won-t-T...
My Ruckus ICX 7159-C12P is dead. I tried plugging into multiple different outlets with confirmed power and the ICX flashes amber for a split second and back off a few times with the same results so it looks like something is wrong internally. Is there any warranty on the unit or can it be repaired or replaced for free? I also have a Lennar home I purchased from a previous owner. Home was built I believe 2018 as well. If it is out of warranty, what is the repair or replace cost?
I also tried to reset, but since it doesn't power up, it does nothing. Please let me know what to do next and how this can be resolved.
Thank you,
Dudley

Hi @dwdchen
Greetings of the day!!!
Thank you for sharing the requested VIDEO.
Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up, and when plugged in, it flashes an amber light and then goes dark. And you confirm that the Switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

Hi Imran,
My original post has the requested pictures. All outlets are working. In the picture where it is still in the cabin the outlet is showing a green light meaning it is working. The outlets in the other photos are also working normally as I usually have nightlights in them.
I also have uploaded a video of plugging the unit into one of the outlets in the photo and uploaded it to google drive as requested. Please let me know if you need anything more.
Thank you,
Dudley
