Recently experienced a connectivity failure to my internet. Factory resets have not solved the issue (lights continue to flash amber), and can't access the machine through Unleashed. Would appreciate assistance and I'm interested in hardware replacement if possible.
Thank you for the quick reply! I am away from the home, but have the Ruckus switch with me. I did not check the access points this morning for lights, but those were performing well before the failure of the switch. LED's 1-6 were cycling through amber for the failed factory reset attempts, and LED 7 is constant yellow now with LED 16 showing constant green.
