Hello,
I bought my Lennar home back in 2021. My Ruckus device worked well for 1 year and then it stopped working. I see 4 green lights and can connect to the Wifi that Ruckus generated but there is no connectivity. I tried to seek help in this forum but all I get is a lot of professional network terminologies that sound like gibberish to me. No support will come out to look at that device and I'm super frustrated. I'm not sure why Lennar would give me a trash device serves no purpose.
