Hi,
I was following this Post on switch disconnections on our Ruckus Switch (there's also a pretty cool Vid within the link).
But everytime I get to the section of the Router CLI Commands I get and Different Command Prompt
rkscli:
Vs the post description
ICX7150-24P Router>
when in the rkscli the commands "enable", "copy flash flash secondary" and "boot system flash secondary yes" are not recognized. Help didn't show enable or Copy as option in rkscli, Are these 2 seperate prompts?
How do you get to the router> command prompt?

Hi darkfilipin0
Thank you for contacting Lennar Home Community.
Hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the information you shared,
Please check if you have got the Switch CLI properly to perform the commands you are working on.
Following are the steps to get access to the switch, and there are Two ways to get access to the switch.
I) By IP Address of the Switch OR
II) By Console Access to the Switch
I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:
Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”
How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-C12P' or 'access points' "Network devices":
If you can access the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router>
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
copy flash flash secondary
boot system flash secondary yes
Example:
VIDEO LINK AS REFERENCE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eem1IBgYaWc
ICX7150-24P Router>enable (hit enter to accept the command)
ICX7150-24P Router#copy flash flash secondary (hit enter to accept the command and wait: until the flash finished)
ICX7150-24P Router#boot system flash secondary yes (hit enter to accept the command: the switch will reboot)
How to console in the ICX-7150-C12P
Once you are logged in to the ICX-7150-C12P please follow up the same steps that are on point '2'
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Hi Imran,
I did all that but when I ssh to my switch's, I can't use the super@ipaddress, just fails. I end up having to use my admin account that was provided to me when I purchased the home, and then it drops me in the rkscli: prompt. Do i need to use super as the user account?

Hi darkfilipin0
Thank you for the response and information you shared,
Yes, it has to be a super account of the Switch,
As your credentials are not working,
Please try by using the below-mentioned default Switch Credentials:
Username: super
Password: sp-admin
Also, you can try following the below link with a different set of passwords,
If it does not work, please get the console access to the Switch as described in ‘Point 3’ of the previous post to perform the commands.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Best regards,
