Reset did not work

Hello,

We had a power outage in our home and APs lost power.

To resolve this problem, I searched through this forum and found posts that recommended resetting the switch [ ICX7150-C12P].

So I reset the switch using a pin pressing against the Reset button while applying power to the switch.

Now all light on the switch are flashing, and still no power to AP.

Please advise.

1. I am attaching a pictures here, due to the small area where this switch is installed its not possible to provide all details in one picture.

2. 5 APs are connected to this switch, details in picture.
