Hi! I have no idea if I’m connected bc the app doesn’t let me log in because i can not connect to ruckus network which does not appear. The smart home devices are all connected to the ruckus router and are not working due to this issues. Please help.

As per the case description, I understand that you are unable to log into the RUCKUS Unleashed Application on your smartphone.
The application doesn’t let you login even if you are connected to the RUCKUS Wi-Fi network when your RUCKUS Access Points are on an older version. Please follow the below process and help us with the information to assist you in Upgrading your RUCKUS Access Points to the new version.
Could you please login to your Unleashed system on a web browser using the Master AP IP Address or https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ and share the screenshot showing the below information?
Please help me with the above queries and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Please log in to your Unleashed system on a LAPTOP WEB BROWSER using the Master AP IP Address OR https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ ? Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.
If you can’t access using the above link and don’t know the IP Address of the Access Points. Please refer to the below guide to find the IP Address of the Access Point to get the requested information.
