Hi!
I have no idea if I’m connected bc the app doesn’t let me log in because i can not connect to ruckus network which does not appear. The smart home devices are all connected to the ruckus router and are not working due to this issues. Please help.

You can try to download the IP scan application on your smartphone and try to access it. Please refer to the guide I shared in my previous post for more information.
