Pinky, sorry for delayed response. I tried running the Upgrade Tool (MAC) today but it keeps saying "Unable to reach device." I'm wondering if my Xfinity Gateway router is blocking access...Any suggestions? I'm able to log into the switch with same IP and username/password from the same laptop I'm trying to use the upgrade tool on.

I understand that you are able to log in to the Switch using the device credentials; however, you are encountering a "device can't be reached" error when attempting to use the upgrade tool.
Since the upgrade tool is not functioning as expected, we recommend proceeding with the standard upgrade process to update your Switch to the latest stable firmware version.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the switch to the recommended version.

I can't figure out how to post the screenshot to this reply. Do you have an email address I can send it to? I can log into the switch from its IP address.
