Re: Ruckus problems after power outage.

I’m in Putty and logged in then I click enable. I have no problem locating my IP address but my command is saying “ unrecognized or incomplete

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that you have the IP address for the Switch; however, in Putty, you are getting unrecognized or incomplete command as an output.

Please use the IP address of the Switch to proceed to access the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch using a Web Browser.

 

 

Please click on Login option and try to access the Switch GUI using the login credentials.
If you are able to access the Switch using the GUI, please try to login through CLI with the same IP address.

If you are still getting the same error, please share the screenshot for us to assist you better.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
