Re: RUCKUS Ethernet Connection Issues

This is a great response and this might be a basic question, but I'm hoping you can provide more detail on how to check whether the Ruckus AP is in Bridge mode or Router mode? I have looked all over the Ruckus Unleased interface and I don't know how to check whether my APs are in bridge mode. I seem to have the same problem last the original poster.

Yes, this is for a Lennar Home. I recently purchased this house from a previous owner and not directly from Lennar. I have been trying to configure my network and I set up my own WLAN in the Ruckus Unleased app with the two access points, but I am still seeing the wireless network being broadcasted from the AT&T fiber router. Also the Ruckus Unleashed app recognizes the two Ruckus Access points I have, but it does not recognize the Ruckus switch at all. How can I set up my system so that there is only one WLAN and so the Ruckus switch shows up on the Unleashed app? I have read that the two access points should be acting a bridge for the AT&T router, but I don't know how to make that happen. We have not had any power outages, but note that I just moved into this house so I needed to reconfigure everything and change the WLAN name and password. IMG_1190.jpegIMG_1191.jpegIMG_1193.jpegIMG_1194.jpegIMG_1195.PNGIMG_1196.PNG
