No power to AP’s from switch

I got the instructions to start a system reboot however there is a flaw in the instructions.  See attached. When I need to locate which COM is connected to the switch, these modern day computers don't show a COM1. It list the switch under  Other devices. I need to know how to put the device into the PuTTY for a PC x64. I can't get past PuTTY.

Thank you for clearing that up for me.  So what software do I put into the tftp?

I assume it's the Ruckus ICX Fastlron 08.0.05n (GA) because that the latest release of the software? I'm using the MAC because I have told your moderators that COM doesn't show in any of my PC's. So I'd like for you to send me a link to software recovery for MAC.

Good day, can I get a response to my last question? I wanted to verify what software am I putting into the TFTP.  I assume it is the Ruckus ICX Fastlron 08.0.95n.
