Good morning. I have the same issue and attempted to follow the instructions. However, I cannot find my switch's IP address at all when using the advanced IP scanner. When looking on the Unleashed Dashboard, as well, the switch has no IP address. I took a screenshot of the original IP address, but cannot connect or ping it as it is unreachable.

Thank you for the response.
Please share the pictures of the Switch connection cables as well as the Access points.
Also, we would request you to access CLI of the Switch through console cable.

Thank you for sharing the pictures.
To proceed further, we would need to check few configurations of the switch.
As you are able to access the CLI through console, the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router> OR
ICX7150-C12 Switch>
Once you login to CLI, please enter the below commands and share the output.
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
show version
show flash
Please share the output of the above commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
