Ruckus icx7150-C12p is not receiving any power from good cord and good outlet. Device has no lights on at all and factory reset instructions do not resolve the issue. I pulled the unit out and tried a different outlet and different power cord and device is still not powering on or showing any lights. What can I do to get a warranty replacement?

Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS Switch is not turning on even after trying with multiple cords and power outlets.
Also, you have mentioned that the reset on the switch also did not resolve the issue.
Could you please plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a working power outlet and send us PICTURES and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and a cord connected to the Switch and a working power outlet? Please refer to the below pictures as an example.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your ICX-7150-C12P Switch is not powering up even after connecting it to working power outlet, and when plugged in, all lights are off. However, the failure persists. This Switch unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
