Icx 7150 has no power. Looking to replace

After power outage icx 7150 not power up. I have followed other forum suggestions and still no success.  Currently all smart devices for home are currently not working because of the issue. Looking to replace.

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that the Switch is not turning off after the power outage.
I would request you to perform a factory reset first on the Switch using a paper clip.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to hard reset the Switch

Please follow the process as explained in the article and let me know if you have any queries in this regard. 

Also, please confirm if you performed reset multiple times.

If the reset doesn't work, could you please plug your ICX-7150-C12P Switch into a working power outlet and send us PICTURES and VIDEO of it showing the light status, and a cord connected to the Switch and a working power outlet? 

Please refer to the below pictures as an example.

Hi. The unit is not powering on at all. 

I have preformed the factory reset and have tried plugging into multiple outlets. The unit will still not turn on. I am requesting an new unit.

To proceed with resolving the issue with your ICX-7150-C12P Switch, we kindly request that you follow the steps outlined below:

Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link.

In the video, please ensure to capture the following:

1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.

2. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.

If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out.
