RMA request with no assistance from customer service

I have requested multiple RMA per ruckus guidance and have no assistance with these. Customer provides the same guidance without actually helping. This has been 2 weeks and I want to know if anyone has had this issue? 

customer service keeps sending me the same link to post my issue, when I respond to it, they post the same link and it keeps repeating.
