R710 radios decided to stop working, no indicator lights.

Hello!  I have an R710 and the radio lights on both the 2.4 and 5G radios quit working. Is there any way to reset so the radios are transmitting? Power indicator is flashing and the CTL indicator is solid.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi James,

Power indicator should be stable green, then only it indicates that it has a valid IP address.

I think your AP lost the gateway or IP configuration.

Try to factory default the AP by pushing and holding reset button for 12 seconds and reconfigure the AP.

Thank you, syamantak.  I have many times now and I still cannot get into the UI no matter what I do.  All passwords are rejected and I can't join the network.  I've done a 30,30,30 as well to no avail.

In fact I put the pa's serial number in as the password for the fun of it and now it just continues to search for the network.  No "invalid password" comes up...

Any thoughts?

Thanks agin.

If device is not getting an IP, that may be a related to your network.

To isolate the network issues, try to power up AP without connecting it to the network and then try to access AP by connecting a laptop directly into it.

You should be able to access AP over its default IP 192.168.0.1.

Thank you syamantak.

I've tried all of these solutions and still nothing.
