R710 radios decided to stop working, no indicator lights.

Hello!  I have an R710 and the radio lights on both the 2.4 and 5G radios quit working. Is there any way to reset so the radios are transmitting? Power indicator is flashing and the CTL indicator is solid.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi James,

It seems we have exhausted all the possible troubleshooting procedures.

Beyond at this point we usually we declare it as hardware failure. If you have support, open up a case with support and they will provide you the replacement.

Hi, I am having the same issues as above. I have reset it many times. The 2.4g and 5g lights come on orange initially but then turn to dark/black. Any ideas? The Unleashed app states that the Radios are on and working but they are not and my computer is not even seeing the AP's network name.
