R550 not accessible after upgrade to version 200.18.7.1.302

My unleashed Android app showed that my R550 group of three APs needed upgrading.All seemed fine with the first two APs and the standard message came up saying master was rebooting. Sunce then I cannot connect to the Ruckus wlan, but the wireless network on my router still connects to the internet. I have upgraded fine using the unleashed app for the past few years without issues. I can log into the master through the web UI pointing at its ip address, and can see the two other APs. I am stumped why none of my clients can connect any longer. The versions are identical across all APs - 200.18.7.1.302

Any help or pointers on things I could try much appreciated. I am a home user, so please be gentle with me. Thank you!

Hi Imran,
Thank you very much for your response. I believe my most recent unleashed upgrade might have corrupted the system somehow. I ended up resetting both member APs to factory settings, then reset the master to factory settings and reconfigured the master. All is now working again.

1. Could you please confirm whether this is a Lennar Home setup?

2. Additionally, please attempt to create a new Wi-Fi network and verify if you are able to connect to it. For detailed instructions on creating a new Wi-Fi network (SSID), please refer to the following RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base article:
