My Zoneflex R510 keeps shutting down. I would like to see if it needs a firmware update. Would like to find the IP Address to access the AP to update to latest .

I’m still having issues updating firmware. Trying to port into switch directly and I tried telemetry option but it failed to execute. This is not the easiest solution, especially for someone that has not done it before

Thank you for your response and the update.
Regarding the console cable connection, there is no need to use Telnet. You should connect the console cable between the RUCKUS Switch and your laptop, then use the COM port information with name 'Silicon labs' available in the Device Manager and fill that in PuTTY serial port information. (Refer to the below screenshots)
