We are experiencing buffering issues on our TVs during peak times and suspect it is coming from our Ruckus R510, especially since our HOA upgraded to a very high Spectrum speed. We cannot access Configure.Me and the website the community points us to no longer exists. We know the serial number of the R510 but not the password. Several of our Lennar HOA members are replacing their Ruckus equipment for other brands because they cannot navigate the upgrades. Our system was installed by Amazon Tech Services. Is there any phone support available for Lennar homes?>

Please see the attached pictures. The R510 is the only cable plugged into the Ruckus modem. There are 4 lights illuminated on the R510.

Thanks for your input. I was able to update the WiFi extender with my Mac and Imran helped us update the firmware and software on the switch using a PC laptop we borrowed from a neighbor. Both were lots of version releases old. I think his fixed then problem and will know more when we return.

Hi @Gunner
Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the update.
It would be helpful if you could arrange access to a technician or a Windows laptop to complete this process. If that is not possible or if you face any issues during the steps, please let us know, we will be happy to guide you with the next troubleshooting actions.
Please let me know.
Thank you again. We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi

Why did your installer even provide you with a network switch if you only use it as power supply for the access point? You could just get a 5$ 12V power supply or poe injector and simplify your setup.
And regarding buffering: sounds like wlan is flooded with multicast traffic (which drops tx speed to minimum). What you can do in this case is block it: select your wifi network, click advanced options, access control tab, add new layer3/4 acl. Click allow all by default and remove one of existing entries. Change the destination port on the other one to 5353 and type to deny and save everything. If it still doesn't work smoothly, you can try clearing destination port and setting destination address to "224.0.0.0/4".
Note that this will probably stop printers and tvs that advertise themselves via mdns from being visible by your other devices. You can create exceptions for them and order them before this block rule. Exception would look like this: order:1, type: allow, source address: <ip of device (found on clients page)>, destination address: empty, app: any, src port: any, dst port: 5353 (or any).
If you don't know password for unleashed portal, just reset the access point: https://support.ruckuswireless.com/articles/000015132
Then just set it back up and you are good to go.
One thing to keep in mind with these corporations is that you can't really rely on them. Just take some time to learn how to manage your infrastructure. It's quite a useful skill.
