R510 unit installed by Amazon in 2019

My home is a one story 4500 sq ft Lennar home.  Amazon installed our wireless access points back in 2019.  Now we aren't getting wifi in one of the further offices in the home.  We don't have any phone numbers or any documentation on how these units were set up.  Any advice to try finding out what is wrong?  Is there a phone number or email to reach out for support?

2-Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source

Thank you for your assistance.  It is greatly appreciated.  We have called Lennar for support phone numbers, but they only have the number to contact Ruckus.   

Response to your question: 

1-On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?   

On the ICX7150-C12P it is plugged into a good power source and there are green lights on under the STAT, SYST and PWR.

We have two R510 units.   The first one has four green lights on (no AIR light is on). On the other unit, has a solid green on PWR and a blinking green on CTL.  Tried the reset on this unit - no change.  

We are trying to determine is in one of the R510 units or the ICX7150-C12P switch.

Hope you are doing well ! 

Can you make sure the wired is good between the access point and the ICX 7150 C12P to rule out any physical issues?

Please try another Ethernet cable.

Can you also log into the unleashed app or unleashed dashboard?
