My home is a one story 4500 sq ft Lennar home. Amazon installed our wireless access points back in 2019. Now we aren't getting wifi in one of the further offices in the home. We don't have any phone numbers or any documentation on how these units were set up. Any advice to try finding out what is wrong? Is there a phone number or email to reach out for support?
