R510 red light won't go away

Acess point red light came on this weekend and will not go away. I have already reset the Internet, turn the power off and on, and switched ethernet cables, and the port on the router. Light still staying red.

Thank you for the response and the update.

While it is connected to a 12 VDC external power adapter, please try to factory reset using a paper clip and pressing the reset button as described in the below guide.

hello, I tried to perform the reset as described in the video. the light remains solid red. at no time does it flash or go away while performing the reset. I tried this a few times on AC power and again on POE. no luck.  thanks

Thank you for the response and the information.

Based on the troubleshooting done, and you confirm after performing the reset of the Access Point, and checking all the connectivity and connections, the failure persists. And this is the only ONE access point that isn’t working with No Power on it even after checking with an external power adapter it behaves the same. This ONE Access Point Unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.
