R510 my devices 2.4ghz and 5Ghz lights are off.. I have restarted everything and that did not help.

I tried using ethernet and the instruction on how to get to access 192.168.0.1. I was able to get into the AP account and browsed through several options but was unable to find an option to reenable 2.4 and 5 ghz lights to turn back online.
I had no choice but to reset device back to factory settings and reconfigured both R510. They are now working ok.
