Hi @Jsphtn8

Greetings!

Thank you for your response and the update.

The AT&T settings appear to be in order. At this stage, I recommend performing a factory reset of your Access Points.

You can refer to the following RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base article for detailed instructions on how to complete the factory reset process:

Please feel free to reach out if you require any assistance during the process.

Thank you once again for your patience and understanding.

Hi @Jsphtn8

Greetings.

Thank you for your response and update.

The issue may originate with either the switch or the access points. After you upgrade the switch, please let me know whether Internet stability has improved.

Additionally, you can also upgrade the access points. For detailed instructions, please see the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base article at:
https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/Upgrade-process-of-the-RUCKU...

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Is upgrading the access point the same when I upgrade the firmware on the unleashed app?

Hi @Jsphtn8

Thank you for your response.

Yes, that is the correct firmware name. However, I recommend performing the upgrade from a laptop web browser rather than the Unleashed mobile app, as we have observed occasional glitches when upgrading via the app.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

My APs are on the latest firmware as well which is 200.15. I experienced a couple of drops this afternoon after the upgrades. When I look at the uptime on my AP's 1 of them which is the Root is 16mins so it definitely dropped.

Could you please share the name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) vendor?
