I am new to this community and my AP is not powering up since a month. I have bought the Another Router and working on it. Could someone provide the technical support how to troubleshoot the Access Points. Thank you and Appreciate the help.

Please provide us a picture of the connection between the computer and the ICX7150 Switch console connection, also confirm if while you connected the computer to the Switch using Ethernet cable, you got connectivity, I mean if your computer was or not online, now take in consideration that to gain console access to the Switch the Ethernet cable is not for that, you use a console connection.
