I have three APs, all of which are R510. two of them work fine, the other 1 does not. It has the Power light green and CLT light blinking slowly.
I've tried switching ethernet ports and continue to have the issue.
I've done a hard reset, and then tried to connect through my phone. It will say im connected, but the wift bands at the top of the phone never show up. In the app i get the following error, "Un-leashed, You are connected to config me however the connection to the unleashed AP is not established yet. Please wait for the WiFi symbol to appear at the top status bar before continuing"
I've waited close to an hour without it connecting.

Plugging a 12 volt dc power cable into it and an Ethernet (I tried both the POE and a regular) yielded the same results. No wifi was coming through.

Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please let me know when you connect only the 12 VDC adapter to the AP and press the reset button until its PWR light turns red? Do you see configure.me.xxxx Wi-Fi SSID and able to configure by connecting to it as explained in the factory reset process?
Please confirm and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

I did the reset and tried to connect to the configure.me network and am getting the same error with neither my computer or phone being able to connect fully to the AP.
error: “
Unleashed
You are connected to config.me however the connection to the Unleashed AP is not established yet.
Please wait for the WiFi symbol to appear on the top status bar before continuing.”

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.
Could you please let me know, what is the light status of your affected Access Point when you plug it into the 12 VDC external adapter? Could you also help us with its picture?

I followed the instructions with another AP.
I still have the same issue with my AP that is upstairs now working
