One of my R510 APs power light is stuck on red. I have followed these instructions and it continues to stay red.

Greetings of the day,

 

Please share the image of the switch showing the cable connections of the devices. Also please share the image of the access points showing the LED status.

 

Also please try to reboot the switch by using the following the steps.

 

1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.

2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  1.  Remove power from the switch.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

Thank you for the information you shared.

Could you please unplug the ethernet cable of the Access Point with the Red PWR light and plug it into any 1 in-12 ports (as highlighted in the below screenshot) of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch?

I plugged the ethernet cable from the AP into another port, then tried to reset the AP and nothing happened, the AP still has a red light.
